I think this all came up when a truck full of drilling mud was seized at the garbage dump near well #1? ANCAP seem to be happy but the Environment mob took control.

I'd imagine that if they had no money to drill they wouldn't pay the fine and if it's a stitch up they want to contest it before just handing over the dough.

After all that's been said and done I don't think there's anyone in government that's looking after our drilling campaign there.
If a branch of the government wants to play silly buggers they can and will.
