Hi all
Aussieboy, i think Dianne was trying to point out to you this $7m wetlands is the same one as in the $10m work in hand, i think your workings of $17m is wrong. i could be reading this wrong but to me the wetlands project was first $10m then increased to $15m , then split into 2 sections the first section i believe we booked $6.5m against, on the 1/8 and 28/8 in the company announcements the had the second wetland project as $8m , now $7m maybe a bit of slippage in the value (but i'm still happy)
Dianne, not to sure what price will need to be paid for europe deal, but as i understand it the europe company is a 60(us)/40 split, revenue last year from europe was $1.7m. the company first needs to buy the product from PET . so PET getting product sale and then a split so might not cost to much to buy them out. i believe we owe them $310k in a loan as well, this might also help explain the resent capital raising and also the job ad out of the UK.
on the canal project, yes great to see some more pictures, the work we are doing is getting results and therefore should result in more work coming though, but i have a lot of questions on this project. when first announced back in Oct 2017 it was a $5m for stage 1 which should of run though to December 2017 and then a second stage appox same size start in feb, are we still on stage 1 ? is stage 2 still coming or has stage 1 and 2 just rolled into each other ? . i think we was also looking at on going maintenance of this are we on that stage ?
on pictures would of been nice to see photos of the first wetlands project
the 3 new ones pricing has been done on sounds promising, north america, wonder if this is out of Canada/ quebec or usa ( a few months ago sepro was suppose to be working on something). the one out of asia i believe we have been working on something in Korea ? if these 3 projects plus a couple more out of china come though we might start seeing a string of announcements out over the next few months
was reading a report the other week , think it was * about 9 water stocks on the asx. over the last year 6 had negative returns on the sp, only 3 increased one was about 60% and one (pet) was the standout with a 150% increase in sp when you also looked at the $ value of the increases/ decreases compared to the others PET was way in front. this brings me to another article i was reading around the same time think that one was simply wall street. i think it was inchiquinn asking about instos on our share register . simply wall street had it about 5% but did comment about instos have taken a small block but suggested they would be watching PET and as we develop further would likely be buying more hence driving the sp further. when you take these 2 reports together and how poorly other water stocks have preformed i would suggest PET would be on top of the radar for instos looking to get into this space.
newing should be putting out a new report this week
thanks
Mickem
