Couldn't agree more about ABS approval - that is the real company maker for GEV.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the approval granted well within 4 weeks though given that this is what MB stated in the report of 13 August:

GEV Chairman & CEO Maurice Brand said “Having just met with our Calgary team and attended the CFER testing facilities, I am very confident that all the pipe tests will be completed as planned and all necessary approvals will be obtained next month. As advised, ABS approvals allow for GEV to move forward on each of its CNG Projects where the CNG–O-200 ship has been selected.”

Given the delay with the Indian offtake, I dare say MB would've been much more conservative when putting a timeline on the ABS approval.

Similarly, he would have much better clarity on ABS approval vis-a-vis dealing with an Indian multinational.

GEV is cranking it up on the fundamental side and this is starting to be reflected in the share price which, dare I say, has put a bottom in place and is building to reflect those fundamentals.
