What generally happens when a stocks in a company are diluted quite significantly in a cap raise?
    The sp goes down
Nothing to do with a mining licence which hasn't been granted as yet, Enviro Approval the other day.
Mining licence imo is a given and I would think that it is not going to have such a significant effect as some may believe, albeit will be essential to have. I always thought it would be a given otherwise I would have sold out long ago.
DFS on track for around the end of this month I believe is going to be as good as management have indicated it will be. That should start to see the sp gain some traction and from thereon we have more positive news til years end and beyond.
Remember directors and staff have put in 500K and that is very significant - a major vote of confidence from the board, who are seasoned professionals c/w many others - if they are stumping up that much cash they must be having some very interesting conversations with potential clients etc.
I agree that is is frustrating watching the sp as it was not encouraging to have a cap raise at 3.2c

This thing is only just beginning. Let me put it this way, IMO directors are extremely confident.

I bought in to BKT with a portion of the profit I had made on Triton and subsequent profit made on Magnis ..bit lucky I suppose., but I woke up to the bulltish that was happening at Triton and put that profit into Magnis then after the little boy had cried wolf a couple of times I became a doubter and decided to exit when the going was rather good. I am saying this because I believe we have an extremely competent, vastly experienced, analytical and prudent CEO in John de Vries. To top that the man appears to be conservative and honest. Then we have Richard Crookes. Will be interesting to see how much money the Directors have personally tipped in. I don't think Richard Crookes would waste his money if he wasn't confident it could be funded.

BKT originally was led by a geo who was not or did not have time to market the Company as some of the others who came up after the advent of BKT. As a result WKT and VRC, as examples, have a much larger fan base just when comparing the posts on hot copper. BKT has only a fraction of posters that the other graphite plays have, and, well, I'm not getting into comparisons with others, if people are not capable of reading announcements and understanding them I guess that's their problem.

Graphite has been a long winded frustrating investment compounded by the Tanzanian complications but I am told that we are starting to enter the period when potential clients are calling the Company and not the other way round as it was only a few months ago. Things are heating up now.

Reminds me of the old Negro spiritual "The darkest hour is just before dawn" !

    Let's hope that's true.
