LendLease (LLC) might bear the brunt of the Royal Commission depending on the Aged Care Royal Commission Terms of Reference.

It will not be a positive for AOG short term but might be long term if LLC pulls out of the sector.

About a quarter of LLC’s SP rides on Aged Care IMHO so it has potentially more long term impact on LLC. AOG might be able to pick up some of LLC’s sites even if AOG is say above $1.50 as AOG will still be solvent regardless of the Royal Commission hearings IMHO.

Change my sentiment to sell in the short term.
