Tar could posdibly debt finance some parts so equity dilutions can be contained..
The ceo or md simply needs to tell the story to the markets.. it hasnt happened yet.. i want to send him some email about pr.. i think at end of official due diligence program he should state the "exploration target" and "smallscale mining target" etcetcetc...
