If you keep giving your strategic shareholders cheap shares off market then they have no incentive to buy on market.
If you keep giving your strategic shareholders cheap shares off market then your retail holders get fed up with being the meat in the sandwich and they also stop buying on market.
We are now in a position of no on market buying interest and we have been there for nearly 8 months.
To say capital management and investor relations has been poorly managed would be the understatement of the year...something we may not have won a runners up award for!!!@
