Spin we have no idea what Dave gets from the company, the fully owned sub company costs get put into 88E accounts as a total cost and not broken down.
Dave has input to that company does he get paid for it or any other director, we will never know and there is no requirement to inform the SH of 88E as it is a private company registered in its own right.
Why do they need another company registered it is not as they doing different types of mining other oil companies operate just in one name, it could be an Alaska requirement not sure.
