"The Regional Government of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT Regional Government) is urged to audit all mining business licenses (IUP) because they are considered to be the root of the problem, both social conflicts, ecological destruction and loss of community life resources. Of the 414 IUPs in NTT, only 28 percent were declared clear and clean by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) aka 72 percent having problems."
