Often when someone thinks that he or she is a super person, he failed.
I am not happy as a faithful shareholder for what has been happening in the last one year. There is lack of transparency and communication to the market. VPR is treated as a privately owned company. When there is a good news, they will wait until six months to report but when there is a bad news, they will announce it using an awful heading. Even the board does not care to voluntarily provide quarterly activities report as a start-up company. They should maintain continuous disclosure and update the market either good or bad news so investors could make informed investment decisions from time to time.
