Michael Hackett performs the role of Chairman to AHF. Since 2009 he has amassed 20+ million shares based on purchases and share compensation awards. Based on today share value, they are valued at $3.3+ million.
Since his time as Director/Chairman, AHF has never made a profit. When he was appointed (the company back then was APA Financial Services) he had an initial holding of 1.428 million shares. Interestingly the price of the share back then was $0.15 cents, not much has changed in the share price under his leadership. Note he did buy 13 million in 2010 when the share price fell to $0.015 cents.
How does one maintain the role of Director/Chairman for 10 years with such an under performing company?
