We’re still about 25-30 years from retirement so our super is in unhedged international index funds with a healthy dose of emerging market index funds. We contribute the maximum that we can legally for tax minimisation and when AUD drops we will shift the money into different index funds to move back when the aud is up again. As we get older we start to shift to a cash position in super for obvious reasons
Basically I see our super strategy as a conservative approach to counter-weight our speculative market approach.
