If you can't see the correlation between OPN's Synapse tech and E Commerce then I'm not sure I'd be able to explain the connection to you.

I'll sort of agree with that one but having the majority of the consideration for the acquisitions based on revenue I see it as a fairly safe strategy. Yet to be proven so will have to revisit this in the coming months.

These bolts ons are exactly that, additions to the current company strategy to compliment the business and online profile. Nobody has claimed that it will fix the company's current lack of contracts, over time though as the online profile and customer base increases i'm sure it will definitely add more contracts of some sort or another.

What a load of crap!! I'm thinking you probably just ran out of things to write to back up your original "dogs breakfast" post. Having spoken to several members of the board and management team focus, motivation and passion are not things that are definitely not lacking.
