I sold out of this in the last week to two weeks at a small loss. Capital preservation is always important and
I can reinvest elsewhere. I have real concerns for this company now. The sales for the last period were pretty poor and that's supposedly after they hired new agents on commission. If the agents cant sell then there
is no future in real estate here and I lost confidence that they could battle their way through. The market across the country for property sales is also problematic. There best chance is to sell the business into a major chain IMO. Anyway goodluck to everybody here. Hope it works out.
