I've been a long time sulking over this MEO disaster, but now its getting hopeful. I started at 66c, 9 yrs ago.
Any idea of where Cuban oil will be sold?
What minimum volumes does everyone hope to find in Cuba?
What sort of minimum farm-out deals will they have to make to get to 20c from here (I can avge down)?.
Sorry, they're such broad questions, but I guess someone has been scratching on the back of an envelope...maybe.
