Not surprising as the main shareholder of Hyrodec is VTI and VTI does have an impending cashflow issue. The takeover solves VTI cashflow issues short term and probably is more advantagous to VTI than to Hydrodec. I'll certainly be accepting the offer.
All in all a very smart move by VTI directors!
