You cant make this stuff up can you -
Build a plant with a cobalt circuit without a DFS - then produce a DFS when the mine is almost complete that says its only profitable if it sells cobalt and magnetite and then dont commission those circuits and also bypass the NCU circuit as well now do an MOU with a $40m market cap minnow - - Classic Stuff Richie
