I don't agree grade in the ground is paramount.

Since, Isn't the ability to produce a quality product at low cost more important ?

and the market is increasingly placing higher and higher premiums on the a high grade end product

e.g FMG is racing, and spending billions, to get its product to a higher grade 

Of course, CAP still needs to find the funds to get the project off the ground (or is that "out of") no matter how good it looks on paper
