Lakes said they are getting on with business as they cant change any decision made and i very much hope that the Supreme court DOSENT answer questions from impatient holders or the Vic Govt or ANYONE as they are supposed to be accountable only to the court and kept away from any influence and bias and their decision must be binding without appeal perhaps? Lakes may just get some compensation and have to move on. Trading is quiet now in the 11th hour, so the market also may not believe we will get a monster payout /drill ect.
Do top experienced traders know more than the rest of us on likely outcome? well we will see....
