presumably I am missing something here.....RED5 want to takeover all of BML by a 1 for 5 offer valuing BML at less than $5mill and RDG want to subscribe to a 30% equity interest in part of BML for $15mill with a preferential dividend payment
I guess this is what plimsoll is alluding to the 1.6c vs 26c....quite a difference in valuation!!
