I agree. The senior management wanted to continue working and withdrew their resignations when the new BoD were appointed. There's no question in my mind that with BoD is heavily invested in the company and everyone involved wants it to succeed. Progress in approvals is dependent on CZM, not the BoD.
The shares are not disconnected from the overall market, and right now buyers don't want to commit with potential financial market disruption from impending trade wars. Shares are likely to fall across the board in many markets, and its disingenuous for someone to try and suggest the share price in OIL is the only one suffering.
