The way the original announcement was made was equivocal IMO, but another poster provided a quote from an email received from the company clarifying that it had been received. IMO it has been received. FDA approval is still in progress.
However since all the approvals are being handled by CZM , and they are doing the sales and marketing, the company's involvement seems minimal. They take instructions and orders from CZM.
