The question remains do genuine shareholders in this company have confidence in their current BOD.

There is the case of the ASX letter to the company of 2/3/2018 of them becoming aware of a PIM dated 13/12/2017 and signed by Duckett on 21/12/2018 of the creation of fixed rate floating bonds of $150million. If this is actually the case why was it not announced on the ASX platform, and more importantly if this in fact legitimate why is the company still suspended and have no business.

Could it be due to who the Guarantors for these bonds are. Pacific Dairies Limited, AYB Properties Pty.Ltd(now named PD Properties Pty.Ltd, Pacific Dairies Fiji Limited (un registered entity), and not forgetting Paramana Capital a $2 company registered in 2016. The sole director of Paramana Capital has links to Shaun Morgan, Landau, ICBC Capital. This director also was tied up in the promises of capital for Mercator Lines in Singapore with an associate in the name of Essence Holdco and Champion companies..

If the supposed bond monies have been secured then why then are share issuance's at .01 and not .025. Why have only selected shareholders or investors been given the opportunity to take up these offers, is it because they need share issuances to be in the hands of related parties and votes that the board have control over.

Why if continuous disclosure is being adhered to have the company not announced:
4cs for March and June 2018.
Half Year to June 2018.
Full Annual Report for 2017/2018.
Prospective bond purchasers and investors would certainly be looking at the company's disclosure documents on the ASX platform. If they may be privy to these documents then why are shareholders not informed of these and they are not in the public arena via company announcements.

The resolutions for this AGM are to only give away more shares to directors and their associates, vote in directors who are related parties via business shareholdings and dealings over many years whom have contributed no value to genuine shareholders.
