This is shocking isn't it, far from prudent company management/governess surly, like there is many other financial funding alternatives about. . Why would they go down this con notes massive risky total company credit secured' path at this stage and before a DFS.. smelly... Seems So so risky, i see clearly milking mechanism potential, absolutely no doubt in my small mind..
