If you own for.ax after the record date (and receive the 1 for 6 rights) but don't particularly want to increase your holding, you can sell a portion of your shares at the current price ($1.63) and then use the rights issue to buy the sold shares back at $1.58, you end up with the same number of for.ax shares (if you only sold 1/6th of your holding) but you just made a profit of 5c per share you sold
