They list the Top 10 shareholders on their website current as at 3Sept so which one has been reducing in the last month?
But with only $2mil in cash at 30Jun and $1.2mil in payables/accruals at that date, probably means a capital raising within two months at the most, especially as this Highlands Cu project is 100% financed by MEP and RC drilling starts this month.
