Its a fair question. Two features from a renters POV that stand out to me 1) Pay your rent using a credit card. Thats pretty convenient for people who like to set and forget all their recurring payments like this 2) Multiple payments for share housing. For agents I assume it must give them some admin efficiency when it comes to accounting for payments and sending out statements etc
