I wouldnt think so for a couple of reasons from the company's point of view. They've already raised 25million, 5 million more than they initially seeked to raise. Cash is in the bank. More shares issued due to the increased cr. The directors being majority holders would likely be happy to have no further dilution (all be it marginal) from a fully or over subscribed spp. They know positive announcements will be there to announce later to help the so back up to the highs.
