Hey googledog - I said exactly what you are saying when the price was 83 cents. I eventually entered at 97 cents because I was observing the directors frequently buying additional shares on market and liked the direction of the business.
The top 20 shareholders only hold 55%.
Perhaps the price stability demonstrated yesterday is indicative of the sentiment around PBP over the past few months.
I don't wish for you to be excluded but of course I hope the sentiment and performance remain positive.
