You're happy because there is a transfer of value from you to some parties you don't even know?

Investment bankers, stockbrokers and lazy boards of directors who have contempt for small shareholders relish that sort of passive and myopic lack of comprehension of the value transfer that occurs in this sort of situation where not all shareholders are treated equally.

You are a model shareholder, because they can tell you just about anything and you'll swallow it.
