However, NEA has now demonstrated that it can upscale by geography, by product, by market segment, by industry.
It also has now moved into the view of more institutional investors.
I would be happy for NEA to do a capital raise to expand even faster (subject of course to NEA Board and management believing that it was within their capacity to handle this level of expansion).
With many new parties now trying to get aboard for the ride, it would seem straightforward for NEA to now raise $20-$40M via placement to existing and new institutional investors, and I expect that they could do it at a good premium of $2.00, maybe more.
I would cop a 3-4% dilution happily in exchange for the accelerated growth.
Capital Raise? - not a thing to fear now!
