Last time they raised money was at 3.5 and that was the first offer they gave retail investors a chance in years to get in on the offer and people were smart not to jump in as they could only get a small amount of the total offer,
only then a few months later at 3c to the insto s.
I notice everytime the price goes upto around 3c - 3.5c they do another raise.
Should be getting close to that time again, woudnt be much left of the 4 millon.
Unless cap buy there % its really just buying time
