I think the outperform reflects their view of the company's performance and outlook for sales, while the lower price reflects the loss of 8% off the top of the sale of product, and the unstable nature of Argentinian politics for the next year. If Macri loses office and the more socialist opposition returns to power, who knows what kind of additional taxes, tariffs and regulations could be imposed?
