To be honest, I thought the same thing when I read this (my bold and underline)

"All that said, our recruitment initiative and corresponding strength in growth in ALL areas of this business is extraordinary and its clear that the operational environment is supportive of much more of the same well into the future."

Obviously, the 'our' could be referring to HC members interested in PET too, but given that statement, her unbridled enthusiasm for all things PET and her newcomer status, I was interested to see Dianne's response. That said,  it was more curiosity and I wouldn't have cared too much if she was more a PR person than an investor.
