Running out of money? Were you reading the same report I was? I saw CF break even for FY19 with a nice wad still in the bank.
I suspect the loss will increase if they spend more on expansion so that may catch some people off guard but when they get $70 million it's to be expected that OPEX and CAPEX ramp up.
