Grossing rank.#1134
Download ranks will fluctuate heavily as it is generally a once only action per user, the grossing number is what gives us a clearer indication of continuous subscription payments and therefore a better understanding of increase or flatline in uptake
In this download rank graph you can see a clear ranking average increase over the past 90 days of around 100 places. If it was to actually calculate those numbers the real mathematical average is probably much greater than 100. Might do that later.
You can see in the past 30 days that the heavy fluctuations are further apart and the graph is showing a tighter average indicating a more consistent regular uptake than the previous 60 days.
Next is the grossing chart.
Importantly, the high peaks all occur on the same day of each month, indicating a high number of renewals on that day each month. The best news is that the low dips are becoming less prevalent by the day and really tightening up the last 30 days indicating a much more consistent daily subscription renewal. It appears to show that subscriptions have increased massively in the past 30 days in comparison to the previous 60.
These can only be used as a guide as rankings can only be derived by comparisons to performance of other apps in order of highest to lowest and gives no indication of $ or even actual download numbers.
I do use this regularly for other Tech stocks with associated apps and have found it to be incredibly revealing in all sorts of ways. Well worth familiarising yourselves with these tools, i first got onto this while researching AB1 and have found it invaluable for many stocks since.
