True. But $400k is not peanuts for PGS (mkt cap $2m). If the deal had been really good for PGS, ie. SXY paying too much, then surely PGS share price would have gone up. It didn't. Looks like SXY has done a little tidying-up at OK cost. Methinks it won't take long to get back today's 1c fall.
