Who is circling PEX?

I'm not generally a fan of the conspiracy theory, however, in this instance I think this has a lot to do with SBM and we shall see when the CR details are released. If they take up the lot and get a seat on the board it's game on; hopefully a game we like, so I'm hedging in SBM stock  just after the Nords finished shorting the living bejesus out of it so it's cheap.
My theory being if SBM have raided the piggy bank here their stock will shoot up.

Then there is this statement where Vassie flags increasing investment in junior explorers :

“For the fourth year in a row the company has achieved record production and costs from Gwalia and Simberi combined,” St Barbara managing director and chief executive officer Bob Vassie said.
“We continue to build out the growth pipeline through the Gwalia extension project, further study work on Gwalia mass extraction and the Simberi sulphides, increasing our exploration spend and adding investments in exploration juniors.
“In addition, our strong balance sheet allows us to pursue inorganic growth opportunities.”

I believe a take over of PEX by SBM may be just a matter of time. imo.
