It would most certainly flush out the non contributors and also reduce a huge number of holders to owning unmarketable parcels. This would effectively wipe out 50% of holders. The sp would quickly return to .004-.005c killing what little faith is left in this outfit. I believe its current strategy is the best path to success , leave it as is and they have a 50-50 chance
