It is a good sign i must agree.
The drillers must see the potential in the drill results and probably know what results will be before we do as shareholders.
This method of payment (via shares) was also done for the Trojan mine if i am not mistaken, so the original owners of Trojan must of had some very strong belief that taking shares as payment rather than cash was in their best interest (and happens to be in out best interests as shareholders to minimise dilution).
