Quixotic - 17,232,522 shares @ 7 cents = substantial holder based on the 331,095,000 (appendix b 17/3) shares on issue before the rights issue = 5.2% Question is if we add on the rights issue (revised total 481,592,00) then maybe not. I would guess though we'll find out shortly.
