The plant hasn't been constructed yet let alone being operation so I can't see how it would even have started a CNCA application yet. My understanding is the current CFDA application is for normal cows milk, a separate application would be required for the organic cows milk and again a separate one for goats milk.
The clarity will be in the ASX announcements back in the past as they can be held to account not from a casual conversation with the senior executive that can be denied.
