I don't have any other mining investments so can't compare.....you want an example of good mgmt, them look at something like DDR which focuses on their core strength, and aligns themselves with shareholders by taking small salaries (smaller than MNS even with a turnover of 1.5bn) by paying themselves via dividends. It's not a recommendation, but an example I have of good mgmt practise.
As for investment horizon, I've been with MNS since 2006 so I've been patient through a number of changes in direction, but just when there was an opportunity to benefit from a very lucrative find in Nachu, then go and waste that momentum with spending money in building factories.....$1.6bn will make decent profit for all holders, yet current mgmt seem intent on throwing away a sure thing and by into some mega dream.
IMO, look elsewhere until they have some positive news on Nachu.....but each to their own.

Fair enough response mate as above.
It makes logical sense.
However I think you have been very critical to Management when from the outside it seems they are building a base to succeed in the long term.
Probably another 12 month hold remaining from here IMO
