Not sure AT ALL if "positive announcement" is a "good work". As I have previously mentioned another company with VERY similar project structure. There, "positive announcements" were common place ... so were frequent CR ... and surprisingly the SP there kept sliding despite SHs injecting money through CR after CR mostly preceded by "positive announcements" ... Funny enough there was news of building roads there too, both literal (in mining projects) and virtual (in trials).
So, I need to see drill turning before I can say anything, let alone take anything for good or bad ... but in absence of that, a consistent communication which ticks off objectives however incremental is a good indication of a good management or vice versa.
