Rick Rule talks about exploration companies having to "answer unanswered question after unanswered question" to get to the point of production - clearly in reference to barriers, approvals etc in exploration and development..
how many unanswered questions do you think BMN and the competitors you listed have to answer before they'd be able to get into production. Or is it just a matter of waiting for the right price to pull the trigger for BMN?
