Reply re the solar: As @getready said, we wear the costs to get the 10 year contract
"The solar is exactly the same as the embedded infrastructure.
We deploy the solar and facilitate distribution to all occupants.
We wear the up-front cost, simply that is how we secure the 10 year contract.
Panel and Inverter commercials are restricted at the moment but we will get something out when they become material.
We are still in a proof of concept stage we will elaborate to market when it is scalable."
