Can you tell me another listed company where the board are advising investors to steer clear because they consider the shareprice to be over valued. I’ve never seen it before even for companies where brokers have a strong sell those boards are silent and so they should be. The board are tasked with running the company and increasing shareholder value over time. Very strange indeed. AG was a glass half full kinda guy and Anchorage are your glass half empty ones.
