    Superloop is too small to be a target for Vocus and already has an IRU in place for its network with Vocus so the synergies don’t make sense. Vocus has the largest network of all the non mobile players and is in a good position, I don’t think they really need to buy anyone, although buying IAB might be a good start to rebuilding Commander, it should be cheap enough given that stocks history.
