Dom would have owned the shares, just used them as security for something.

DES owned the BYI shares, financed by OPES, however and for what ever reason these shares where loaned to OPES, who then used them as security for an ANZ loan (I think). Well that my understanding of the bizzare happenings anyway, part of the loan packagesbut part of the loan package appears to have included these being "leant" to OPES.

DES appears to have got off lightly. I had just finished satifying myself, to not only take up the rights issue, but to buy more sub 10 cents and then this.

It owes me some manhours now.

Need to know more about the 21 million ( 2 million dollars to put it in prospective.
