So Aaron, BMT is fully resourced with the human capital it requires? No changes needed? Brilliant !
I don't have any problems Directors or even management holding other commercial positions, however I do mind when they appear to be doing so little with BMT !!
I guess someone, one-day with a bit of influence will eventually view this board at lightweight and start applying pressure to secure a full time team, even if there were only two full time Director/s or management that would be a significant improvement.
Unlikely, but maybe the BOD might even hand the keys over to an effective team one day, hopefully while there are still dollars in the bank so a real management team can ramp up exploration and drilling in a meaningful way !!
